Hello, and thank you for considering a purchase from me on ebay. I wanted to provide you information about shipping from the USA to the rest of the world. I value your business and want to help in any way I can to make your purchase a great experience.

First, it takes more time than you think for you to get your item to you. I package and ship for my international clients every single day of the week. Meaning, I do not delay at all. Most packages ship the same or next business day after you pay. The exceptions are USA holidays as I am closed during these times. I ship out fast every single time and any delay occurs in your country if you do not have your package fast.

I only ship via Postal Airmail 1st Class or Priority mail unless other arrangements have been made in advance. The USA gathers its mail in Processing Centers and sorts it. It is then placed in containers and then shipped using airplanes to all the countries of the world. Generally, the USA will have all airmail to the Post Office of your country in 4 to 8 days.

After that, it is up to your country's Post Office to deliver it to you. They have a big job, and they seem to be very slow in doing it due to the amount of mail they handle, safety, security and most important - assessing and collecting taxes, duties, and customs on your purchase. I know for fact based on my 10 years of shipping overseas that you may receive your order as fast as 10 days, and may be as slow as 90 days.

There is no tracking available for any package shipped overseas - it is not an option. I cannot "look into" or "check up on" or "inquire" about your package once I have given it to my Post Office. After 90 days, they can run a "Trace" that will check with the customs office in your country to see if it was delivered, and then they report back. It may take another 90 to 180 days for the trace to get a reply back from your country's Post Office. Again, I cannot do anything about it, nor can my USA Post Office. It is the way the world works.

I have no idea why one day it goes fast, and then slow the next day. I always suggest you go and ask a person that works at the Post Office that delivers to you. How long does it take? Well....

I have more than likely been to your country as travel is my favorite hobby. I have enjoyed all the places I have been, found everyone to mostly be very nice, friendly and I am happy to sell you items at tremendous savings to you while I still make a reasonable profit. I desire you to get your product fast, well packaged and better then you thought it would be. I wish mail was faster, but I do not control the Post Office any more than you do.

So, in conclusion, I hope your package finds its way to you quickly, but I cannot do anything at all for 90 days. Please let me know if it has not arrived in 30 days, and then let me know when it does get there (so I can update my chart). I can always ship using UPS - it is VERY expensive but it is trackable for those more expensive items. Thank you, and please talk to your local Post Office if your mail is slow. I know I do!
